Do you issue exchanges and/or refunds?

We issue exchanges but we do not issue refunds. If you would like to exchange any items please e-mail us via the form on our contact page within 7 days of receiving your order, we will issue you our return address which you can return the items to for an exchange. Please return all item/s in unworn condition with tags.

 

How is the sizing of your products?

Sizes differ according to each item so please send us an email with your sizing queries so we can give you our advice, we reply to all emails within 24 hours! Most of our caps are One Size Fits All, they come with a buckle or velcro closure which is adjustable to your size.

 

What is your shipping policy?

We ship worldwide to 234 different countries, at checkout please check if your country is listed, if it is not email us. Shipping and billing addresses on orders must match, our auto captcha system at checkout will automatically change your shipping address to match your billing address if you fail to do so.  All domestic U.K orders will be posted via Standard delivery Royal Mail tracked and Signed For which takes 2-3 working days to receive but can take up to 7 days. For all domestic U.K orders the postage and packaging is included and accurate at checkout. For all international orders the postage and packaging fee differs according to where you are located, you will receive an email with an accurate shipping fee if you have placed an international order. All international orders are posted via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. Time to receive depends on where you are located. Do you have a store I can go to?

We do not have a physical store at the moment. We retail only online. We hope to expand our business and open a flagship store soon.
